  •  travelogue  3 min. reading  film I didn’t think I’d actually get to see the Infinity Mirrors exhibit at the AGO, as I didn’t get tickets during the pre-order phase, but lo and behold–I was invited by the ever-amazing Ben Gormley to tag along and see the exhibition since he got two tickets with his AGO membership! So many thanks Ben, and hope y’all enjoy the fun fotos :)

  •  travelogue  2 min. reading  travel · film Believe it or not, I actually went on two trips over reading week–I spent the weekend before the Paris adventure in chilly, charming Montreal! With the ever-fantastic Patrick Mossman!! Here’s a handful of #aesthetic snaps :)
  •  blog  6 min. reading  travel I’ve been traveling a lot recently, and thus I’m reminded of the horrendous inefficiency that is airports. Here are, in no particular order, a few of my gripes:
  •  travelogue  10 min. reading  travel · film I spent reading week this year in lovely Paris, for a whole four days! Yes, I know, not enough time. But I make an effort to take a trip out of the city every chance I get, even if the break is only a few days long, so I enthusiastically agreed to accompany my friend Andrew on a Parisian adventure he’d been planning for a while. Since I decided to tag along several weeks after he had already booked his flight, we had to hunt each other down in CDG after our respective flights arrived, but we somehow figured it out and went on our way.
  •  blog  3 min. reading  school I’ll get this out of the way right now: I absolutely detest the very idea of examinations. Not because I don’t agree with the idea of a standardized system for evaluating students, nor because I have a vendetta against higher education, but rather; I hate exams because professors are bad at writing them. I’m sure to expand on this series as I do more shows and continue building my knowledge base, but...
  •  blog  3 min. reading  blogging I have a great many ideas as to what I should like to write about on this blog. For instance, I’d like to write a bit about my interests and hobbies: fountain pens, coffee, film photography, and tech. I’d also like to keep a regular log of my travels, as well as a fairly up-to-date column about my musical endevaours and changing musical tastes.
  •  blog  2 min. reading  blogging As it turns out, editing text files on GitHub is far from the best way to create a website. Fortunately, Tanuj has been walking me through some basic Git commands, as well as introducing me to Sublime Text for the editing of my posts :)
  •  blog   < 1 min. reading  blogging Finally got around to making a blog! I’ve been putting this off since mid-February 2017, but I stumbled across a tutorial on building and hosting a simple blog with Jekyll on GitHub, respectively.
